Due to the nature of skincare products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the item, and we’ll gladly arrange a replacement or resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

For unopened and unused products, return requests may be considered within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging and in resellable condition. Approved returns may be eligible for store credit.

We currently ship across Canada using reliable carriers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your region and carrier delays.

Local to us? We also offer in-spa pickup at Ahh the Spahh — simply select the pickup option at checkout, and we’ll notify you as soon as your order is ready!
